RO Finaliștii Blockathon - for public sector challenges Blockathon - hackathon-ul de identificare a soluțiilor bazate pe blockchain pentru provocările din sectorul public s-a derulat în perioada 13-20 februarie 2021. Timp de o săptămână, echipele formate în timpul primului weekend al Blockathon-ului au lucrat la dezvoltarea ideilor de soluții Blockchain care ar ajuta în digitalizarea unor procese complexe din sectorul public, fiind sprijinite de o echipă de 23 de mentori regionali și parteneri din autorități publice. După prima zi în care au fost dezbătute idei, propuneri de soluții și abordări, s-au format două echipe care au propus următoarele idei: FastBlock-AI: echipa a propus o soluție bazată pe Blockchain în vederea trasabilității timpului și a documentelor în procesul de depunere și executare a cererilor cetățenilor către primărie, iar ca și use case primar a fost propus cel al cererilor pentru parcări. As part of the Blockathon event, of which you can read more here, we had a fireside chat with Daniel Homorodean (CEO of Arxia, founder of the startup Process Player and vice-president at Cluj IT Cluster), focusing on how to to sale digital products and services to the public sector ( public institutions, including municipalities, ministries, universities, etc). Daniel is also coordinating the “Electronic invoicing” workgroup of the National Council for Digital Transformation of the Authority for the Digitalization of Romania (ADR) and is involved in the development of technical standards for e-administration, at national and European level.
